This page explains general shipping expectations and support procedures. Delivery availability, carrier options, costs, and timelines may vary by order, destination, inventory, payment status, and compliance review.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order. Contact support immediately if an address needs correction. Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing.
Processing and Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be provided through the order status page or customer support. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after a label is created.
Carrier Issues
Carrier delays, missed deliveries, incomplete addresses, refused packages, theft after delivery, and local delivery issues are outside direct store control. Customers may need to contact the carrier for delivery holds, pickup instructions, or local investigations.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order, contact support promptly with the order number, tracking number, photos of the package, and a description of the issue. Do not discard packaging until support has reviewed the request.
Shipping Limits
Some products or destinations may be unavailable due to inventory, carrier rules, address limitations, or legal restrictions. Orders may be held, adjusted, or cancelled when shipping cannot be completed under current policy.
